Staff – How to add a new staff record

1. Go to the Infobase tab.

2. Click on staff–>Add New.

3. Fill in the info on your screen. A first name and surname are required under the initial Basic Details section.

4. Under user profile give the staff member a username ( Please use the staff members email address )

5. Under user profile give the staff member a password ( Do not make the password easy to guess )

6. Under user profile give the staff member a role within the school ( this role will determine what the staff member can and can not do within staffroom )

7. Click on the blue Add Staff Member at the bottom of the screen.
