Attendance – Checking Capture is Completed

Staffroom displays a class grid on the Infobase home screen that you can use to check which classes have completed their attendance capture for a day:

There are some important points to note about the attendance completion grid:

• The grid will display Infobase classes and/or assessment groups that are marked for taking attendance on the day selected.
• The grid displays classes that have not completed their attendance capture in pink and those that have in green along with the number of students absent from that class.
• The grid does not display on non-term days or non-school days.
• You can use the arrows and date selector at the top of this grid to check attendance completion for days in the past if desired.
