What is our Finance Module?

Overview

Staffroom has a Finance module which provides features to help school financial administrators and bursars with activities related to financial administration and communication.

NB: The Staffroom team recommends the use of a reputable accounting system such as Sage Pastel or Xero as the financial system of record for schools. The Staffroom Finance module is designed to work with a dedicated accounting system such as Pastel or Xero and to compliment these systems. Our Finance Module is not intended for use as a stand alone accounting system.

Since the Staffroom Finance module is intended to work with financial systems the primary purpose of our Finance module is to assist with integration with other finance systems. Good integration between Staffroom and financial systems provides many benefits to financial administrators and school families.

Implementation

Integrations between systems can be a little complex to set up and troubleshoot. If you are intending to use any Staffroom integration features for the first time we recommend you contact our support team so that they can assist you with the correct configuration for your needs.
