The Staffroom support team are available during business hours to assist with any Staffroom related query.

Support hours

Our business hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm SAST
Friday 8am – 4pm SAST
We are closed on South African weekends and public holidays

Please note that the Staffroom support service will be closed on Thursday the 8th and Friday the 9th of February 2018 due to a company event.  Please email your support requests to the email address above during these days and they will be dealt with when the office reopens on Monday the 12th of February.

The best way to request help

The *best* way to request help from our support team is to send an email to support@mystaffroom.net since this will automatically create a case on our support system. All of the Staffroom team are notified when a new support case is created which means that your query is most likely to reach the right person as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent problem please do also follow up with us via phone on the number above.

Support during busy periods

Please note that our support team is usually busiest during the 3-4 weeks at the end of each school term. We strive to be responsive and to resolve queries as quickly as possible, however, during busy periods you may have to wait a little longer than usual. If you have an important request that you know about ahead of time please tell us and we’ll have a better chance of meeting your timeframe expectation.
